“Creating Positive Change. One Step at a Time.”

Team Work
“Diversity in a team is a strength when we understand how to build trust, and true collaboration despite our differences.”
Collaboration and a supportive team culture drive positive change and goal achievement. During times of uncertainty building an environment that encourages curiosity, courage and compassion is a key component in reaching targets and objectives. Coaching is an effective tool to foster the behaviors that drive positive change, both in teams and their leaders.
What I love most about team coaching is observing the dynamics between individuals.
A successful team coaching session is one where I, as a coach, can sit back and simply watch the team talk things through, noticing the interactions and connections between team members. To have reached this point, we have achieved careful groundwork at the start of a project: identified all stakeholders, created accountability and engagement, agreed on a shared goal, and committed to the work together.
This requires the structure and dedication I offer my clients, and together we celebrate our hard work.

Coaching Method
“When we choose to see the opportunity in change it liberates our creativity and systemic thinking.”
My team coaching approach is grounded in creating a trusting space where team members are encouraged to be curious, courageous, and compassionate.
Often, the key challenge lies in recognizing that critical moment when a team can choose a new or different direction. While this process can be daunting and push people outside their comfort zones, together we build awareness of what’s needed to step up and make a meaningful difference - driving the change the organization seeks.
I often invite Earth as a stakeholder in these conversations, broadening the scope of dialogue beyond conventional boundaries, an aspect of the work I find particularly rewarding. Sensory and nature-based experiences are also incorporated to help teams navigate change while remaining grounded in the present and informed by past insights.
To ensure my practice remains sharp and relevant, I regularly engage in coaching projects that remind me of different realities and challenges my own thinking by such as parental leave returners -, young professionals -, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) - , expat support- and climate awareness coaching initiatives. Many of these programs are pro bono initiatives with the aim of offering coaching to those who usually don't have access to it. These diverse experiences enrich my perspective and strengthen the value I bring to every client.
With extensive experience of coaching individuals, groups, and teams globally, I have proven that geographic distance does not hinder trust or effective collaboration when supported by the right tools. Whenever possible, I do recommend starting with a face-to-face kick-off session to benefit from the power of human connection in team coaching engagements.
Throughout my career I have enjoyed embracing technological solutions to offer human centered experiences.

About Me

“One can travel the world, check off every place on the bucket list and still not achieve the Global Mindset.”
I am a leadership coach passionate about supporting teams, and their leaders, navigate change with confidence and make brave decisions they can feel proud of, one step at a time. My background spans diverse cultures and environments, and I bring that broad, global perspective into every coaching engagement.
For years, I have been working with people around the world, mixing cultures and languages to create shared understanding and goals, supporting them in discovering the power of a truly Global Mindset.
I believe that this mindset isn’t only shaped by travel; it grows from curiosity, an open heart, and a generous attitude.
Having witnessed first-hand how creativity and strategic thinking flourish when different perspectives come together, I focus on helping teams build trust across diverse differences, also including generational, personality (introvert/extrovert), neurodivergent, socio-economic, educational, urban/rural, and political perspectives, unlocking their full potential to grow, adapt, and thrive.
“I can’t see a way through,” said the boy.
“Can you see the next step?”
“Yes”
“Just take that,” said the horse.
